This Patek Philippe Ref. 5970G-001, dating from 2005, is an elegant example of one of Patek Philippe’s most celebrated perpetual calendar chronographs, presented in 18k white gold with the characteristic grey dial. The case has been polished in the past and shows only light signs of wear today, with the four case hallmarks beneath the lugs remaining clearly visible. The grey dial is in perfect condition and retains its matching original hands. The watch is powered by the legendary manually wound calibre CH 27-70 Q and has no documented service history, although it is currently running very well. It is fitted with its original black Patek Philippe alligator strap, showing approximately 80% condition, and the original white-gold deployant clasp. Originally sold by Wempe Frankfurt in 2005, the watch is offered as a full set, including the original box and papers, correct setting stylus and additional solid caseback.
