Patek Philippe Platinum Pocket Watch Ref. 600 with Diamond Indexes, accompanied by Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1947 and sale in 1948. The watch also comes with 2021 Patek Philippe service papers detailing a dial restoration carried out by the manufacture. Housed in an elegant and unpolished 44.5mm platinum case, the watch features a beautiful silver dial with applied diamond hour markers and small seconds at 6 o’clock. The crystal shows light surface wear consistent with age; it was purposely kept during the service to preserve the watch’s original character. A rare and refined example of mid-century Patek Philippe craftsmanship, combining precious materials, timeless proportions, and a discreet restoration history.
